Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT
• A down payment amounting to 30% of the total commissioned artwork MUST be given for the commission to start progressing.After receiving confirmation of the proof of the initial down payment; will then the artist start making the commissioned artwork.• The finished commissioned artwork will not be given to the client unless it has been confirmed to be FULLY PAID and is acknowledged either by the artist or its management (Mikatha Webtoon Team.)REVISIONS
• During the process of revisions of the commissioned artwork, the client/s will receive their commissioned artwork with the artist’s watermark while in the process of checking.
• A maximum of THREE (3) revisions are allotted per commissioned art.
• Revisions OVER the allotted number of revisions will be charged $10.00 per detailRevisions are counted per detail (Background, gender, clothing, color scheme etc.)
The charge for the revision details is negotiable with the artist.CANCELLATIONS
• Refunds are NOT ALLOWED.
• Cancellation of a commissioned artwork with a provided down payment will be able to claim HALF of the total down payment given for the commissioned art.RESTRICTIONS
• Clients must abide to use the commissioned artwork ONLY for personal use. ANY kind of reposting of the commissioned artwork is not allowed UNLESS the client has been given permission to do so by its artist or has reposted with the artist being credited along with their signatory within the commissioned artwork.For instance, the commissioned artwork will be and or intended to be used commercially will be price doubled.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The artist is eligible to file a complaint and or report of copyright infringement of any (a) removal or cropping of their signatory (b) exclusion from being credited when publicizing (c) self-claiming of the commissioned artwork.
